Pawsitive Petcare Policies
Cancellations Walks and Fee – Walks can be cancelled, but will need to be cancelled before 9 a.m. the day of the walk. Please text or call Shari on 847 636 8796 or Darren on 773 484 7495. You can also e-mail at [email protected] If walks are cancelled after 9 a.m. you will need to pay the rate of the walk.
Cancellations of Overnight Sittings Fee - It is best to make sure you need an overnight sitting prior to ordering it. If you need to cancel, give us as much notice as possible. If the notice is less 7 days notice, you will owe the cost of 2 nights for the sitting.
Keys- We will need to collect 2 copies of your keys prior to beginning service.
Payment - For daily walks, payment is due on the last walk day of that week. For cat
care and overnight care, payment is due on the first day of service. We accept payment in the form of cash,
check (made payable to Pawsitive Petcare), Chase Quickpay, Zelle, or Venmo.

Communication- We will leave you a note after each walk to let you know how the walk went and if your dog peed and pooped. If you preferred to be contacted by text after each walk, please let your dog walker know. During overnight sittings, we can send regular updates via e-mail or text. Any text communication with the dog walker should be copied to a manager as well.
