Cancellations - Walks can be cancelled, but will need to be cancelled before 9 a.m. the day of the walk. Please text or call Shari on 847 636 8796 or Darren on 773 484 7495. You can also e-mail at

Keys- We will need to collect 2 copies of your keys prior to beginning service.

Payment- For daily walks, payment is due on the last walk day of that week. For cat care and overnight care, payment is due on the first day of service. We accept payment in the form of cash, check (made payable to Pawsitive Petcare), Chase Quickpay, Venmo or a charge card account.

Communication- We will leave you a note after each walk to let you know how the walk went and if your dog peed and pooped. During overnight sittings, we can send regular updates via e-mail or text.
